Dade County has decided on a complete recount and it could take up to a month.

I see a twinge of Psychology in this that possibly works against the Gore clan.

When the Judges rule whether in Fla or Atlanta - this TIME FRAME will certainly to some degree influence their thinking. This just might be a quirk of fate that swings the whole thing.
