impede the democratic process.
I did not realize until today that the right wing group which led impeachment in congress is still running the republican party. I thought the moderates had garnered the nomination and while allies with the right wing, had basicly pushed them to the side. I thought the right wing was not represented at the convention because they were in a supporting role and told to stay out of sight.

I was wrong. It is the right wing who are behind this election grab. It has all the same hallmarks of not knowing when to quit and how far to push the laws and constitution. The very same people are doing it again. The problem is, I'm not completely sure who the individuals behind the effort are. It's easy to pick out the front men, DeLay, Lott, Baker, and such, but who is funding the Madison group and sending in the marching orders. Research is needed.

same here.......

A week ago I could have handled Gore as president. But his team and the Daley's have done nothing here except try to impede the democratic process.
