Barbara Olson seems to lack common sense. She is the wife of Ted Olson, an attorney for the Bush campaign. She appears on Cross Fire tonight and criticizes the Florida State Supreme Court for issuing a stay and restraining order when her husband's legal team is appearing before the same court on the same case on Monday. Is she aware she could be jeopardizing her husband's client by these comments?

I heard some talk about "fuzzy math". I think we could safely refer to these democratic courts as spewing "fuzzy logic"

I assumed that Gore would seek a stay of the certification, but the Court's stay order states that it is "on its own motion", so apparently not. It's a little confusing.
