Will of the voter has given this election to Bush, the intention of the voter will give this election to Gore.. however was it about will of the people or intention of the people? if the Democrats steal this election, they will drive a permanent schism in the body politics of US. I dont think it is about stealing of election, it is now about interpretation of intention where the whole Democratic party is joining hand to take this thing away from Bush, the reversal of decision of Miami Dade county gives an indication that they are not getting hte required number of 'see through' votes, the party by pushing the right levers have the got the election Board in Miami Dade to reconsider itis earlier reversal. Is this democracy that Gore talks about. I will reiterate it is not the intention of people that decides who wins it is the people who are able to punch through the right hole! The will of people is known by the standard procedure, when human beings with particular slant play this game thati s an ugly game,, I think FL Supreme Court will get it right if not we will see that this 'circus' will be thrown out by like of Antione Scalia, Rehnquist, Thomas Clarence oConnors and even the liberal wing of the Supreme court, Gore may well be advised to cut it my monday or this weekend with the lead from postal ballots he has left nothintg to stand on..

Gore may not win even after the manual recounts... I don't think it really makes a difference who take the White House this time around, neither one will be 'legitimate' to everyone... there must be dozens of high level Democrats who believe in their heart of hearts that they could have done a better job than Gore, considering the fact that Gore was coming from an incumbent administration and has all the tools of Washington at his disposal while Bush was at a disadvantage for the very opposite reasons, a Governor of a State with no Washington savvy..... Gore is certainly responsible for his own electoral problems..... I don't trust either of them, I voted for Nader and probably will again in 2004...

Gore basically abandoned all the things that the Democrats are loved for by the general population... he never once mentioned women's rights, consumer protections, minimum wage, welfare, child poverty, universal health care, and so on ... that was the Democratic Party that won the peoples' hearts for the past 50 years, all Gore did was waste time telling everyone that he's not Clinton and that he's not Bush... so, big deal, had he ever once argued the above mentioned items with Bush, he could have won by a land slide... neither one of these two people deserves to preside over this great country.....IMHO but, this great country will get the president it deserves.....<g> I think the reason the vote is so close supports my point, it simply demonstrates that it's truly just a toss up between the two of them, we have two of a kind, so we have voter's indifference... they're both really the same from different cuts of the same cloth..... so, it won't make a difference either way.. I take that as good news.....<g> neither one of their programs will take hold.....
