Do you honestly that the Palm Beach County canvassing board will look at all questionable ballots with complete objectivity and fairness?

Not only are they going to have Republicans up their armpits as they excuse themselves to use the restroom, they're also no doubt*** scheming on this matter:

HEADLINE MATERIAL (how could you miss this?)

You need to investigate this issue and support it. This is THE BIGGEST ISSUE of the 2000 election!!!

Check this article from The Palm Beach Post: gopbi.com

Synopsis: A federal lawsuit filed in Florida on 11/14/00 alleges that the Bush-Cheney ticket cannot receive Texas' 32 electoral votes because to do so would violate the 12th Amendment to the US Constitution. Since Bush and Cheney are both inhabitants of Texas they cannot receive the Texas electoral votes!!!

For the last eight years Cheney has lived, worked, voted, filed taxes, and has had a drivers license from Texas. Only in July of this year did he change his voter registration to Wyoming, where he maintains a second residence. Voter registration is not dispositive, rather, the other facts are more important.

This blatant attempt to pull the wool over our eyes and ignore the Constitution cannot stand! People need to know about this AND the news agencies must report about it!

Please take action, and support this crucial issue vital to the American public. Thank you.

CB,

You're in a mud wrestling contest. Hope you like getting dirty. <vbg>

Best, Ray

***This recount is going to so completely under the media and Republican microscope that you are going to have to really stretch you mind to imagine fraud plays any part in this.

From what I can see the SC delayed, but did not yet usurp, the Secretary of State's authority. The massive fraud that is these manual recounts cannot be certified by any honest official. The SC will have to take the election and arbitrarily give it to Gore. Certainly the good justices could be that corrupt, but we won't know until we see it next week...
