you are dreaming bud. the final decision will be made by the house of representatives. if the florida votes are stolen by gore, the house of representative will challenge the legitimacy of the electoral votes.

One of Jeb Bush's first acts, was an attempt to strip the Florida Supreme Court of some of it's power, probably because the court was appointed by the Democrats. Jeb's first power play went down in flames because he was basically violating the separation of powers between the judicial branch and the congress.

That is scary. This country has worked very well with three branches of government. It might be one more reason why Jeb didn't have more influence over Florida's voting public.

So, in summary, the Florida Supreme Court is not exactly fond of Republican Party undemocratic tactics.
