Hey, we're playing jungle rules at this point, dude. Provisional certification would be pending judicial finding so no harm, no foul. If that pisses off the basic black dress crowd, TS. Result is, they have a much steeper hill to climb. As far as contempt goes, Harris has so far acted within her legislated mandate as confirmed by judicial review. The SC, on the other hand, is creating law -- clearly outside their mandate.
