Isn't Bush simply reacting to Al Gore? I could see the Bush ticket reversed making some sense, but what is G.W. background besides being a one-term Governor? Most of G.W. inner circle would bring more depth of knowledge and stability to the position W. strives for, but will ultimately not get.....IMHO.
