Human's counting do not have 99.999% ability to count correctly. Boredom and bias and just one corrupt counting team can create a few hundred votes. Democrats have loyal amoral supporter in numbers that cannot be matched by Republican's

If the court allows it. Nice guy's will finish last. Only the law can can keep out the thieves. Machines are not thieves and have no bias.
