The elections supervisor in a Fl county that is predominately Republican (2 to 1) allowed the R's to access invalid absentee ballot applications of registered R's before the election. The R's then altered the applications to make them valid and absentee ballots were distributed. This a felony under FL law. About 4000 absentee ballots are involved.

The local Court is looking at the question of whether votes should be excluded or is it sufficient to just throw the felons in jail.

Seems to me the R's are very able to play the election game outside the Rules.
