With the sworn statements that the Democrats are altering the ballots and the ballot machine that turned up in the back seat of a Democratic precinct worker, I suspect that whatever the Bush lead, it will be surpassed by Monday, if the hand assisted hand count is allowed.

Bush lead is now 723, 64 out of 67.

By conducting the recount in only the 3 Democratic counties, suppose the counting was moved to an impartial commission, and no irreparable damage has been done to the ballots, if the manual count produces only 0.198% increase in votes proportionally, Gore will gain 724 votes.
