What you just posted is called an "ad hominem" attack, and is generally used by those who have nothing of substance to say.

It is also in the "when did you stop beating your wife?" category (I forget the formal name for that one), since it incorporates and relies on a falsehood, i.e. that Democrats are by nature corrupt.

So you have managed to use at least two fallacious arguments in one four-word non-sentence (I toyed with the idea that it might also be a "strawman" argument, making three fallacies, but will leave that to the reader). Congratulations.
