Here's a more up to date record of insider trading. Some of the more recent trades are option related and there is actually one buy.

I think the drop in the stock has less to do with insider trading and more to do with slowing growth and the general malaise in the market place. In addition it was reported in the CC that DSOLs and receivables had increased.

However DITC has a trailing P/E of 14 and a projected revenue growth rate of 50% YOY. I don't expect it will remain at $22 for very long.
