If VASO can actually hit its earnings projections next year, I could see someone buying them at a 15x trailing P/E. My concern (which I haven't researched at all) would be what has been the impediment to growth so far? Often it's reimbursement. ULGX is an example of a med device company that suffered for years until the reimbursement finally came thru to justify the purchase of their BPH outpatient microwave therapy device for a doctor's office.

If you like the med device area you might also want to take a look at IMA (formerly Selfcare). It's richly priced right now and they have secondary offering scheduled for Nov. 21st. IMHO, if it should retrace to $20 (very possible), it would be a good buy worth evaluating. IMA is aspiring to be the next MNMD, a lofty goal that would have a nice payoff if it is accomplished. In the meantime their "bread and butter" comes from supplying J&J's Lifescan unit with the latest glucose devices and disposables.
