Bush shouldn't bow out because...
a) He's leading in florida (It doesn't matter by 300 or 3 million)
b) He is getting the large majority of absentees (last count 1008 bush to 589 gore)

I never used the word of God in any of my arguments. I never question another person's faith. But I do question peoples actions, and given that Gore and co. are trying to falsely manufacture votes what are you and the rest of the dems going to do about it?

Whoa, remember Gore is the one who created this mess. Let's go back; The vote was extremely tight in Florida, within 1/2 of 1%. By law that requires an automatic recount. The recount was done and Bush won both times although the count was different from one count to the next. That is when it hit the fan. Gore sent Daley and Christopher to Florida and threatened legal action, demanded manual recounts, etc.. If gore would not have done that Bush had no thought other than to wait for the absentee votes to see who would prevail after the absentees were counted. Bush would have accepted the will of the people, without question. Gore has worked to circumvent the will of the people and to minimize the votes of Bush supporters while multiplying the votes of Gore supporters. The unfairest thing I have ever seen.

In the next few days you are going to see a lot of these staunch Republicans here do a complete 180. They will be saying that we have to do a hand recount in all 67 counties.

If only the people on this thread and only the most hardheaded people were allowed to vote, it would be a landslide for Bush. Trying to reason with them is futile.
