I didn't change my tune at all, I am remarkably consistent. My standard is higher in my perception and totally internally derived. You ASSumed some sort of higher power- you just have to make these inferences that have nothing to do with what I wrote. Just like your inferring law into a post that never mentioned law. I can't help it that you are unable to read English as it is written.

I disagree with the writers of the constitution about rights being unalienable- I don't mind that they put it in to the document, because I don't mind the consequences of people thinking that way, but empirically it's unreasonable.

The election will be fair if the courts say it is fair. Whoever wins, half the country will be pissed. Quite frankly the non-winning party is going to feel robbed, whichever party it turns out to be- and so I would rather republicans feel robbed and I get the Supreme Court nominees I want. And I care about the presidency- I just don't care about your minor players on the political stage in Fl. I see no point in caring.

Yes, Re: "That is hypocrisy at it's upmost. And at its heart, there lies the VERY REASON that Gore's request for a manual recount is unjustifiable...."

Gore had the opportunity to recognize what had to be glaringly obvious. Vote additive hand-count methods must be employed equally across both candidates territories, to be equitable(it might SEEM it is obvius to him now, given his offer the other day- but if I'm lyin' I'm dyin', it's clear he still thinks getting his territory in alone ought provide for a fair result in the minds of Americans. Pardon me, but is he nuts?--what a boner he's made here, and I can see it in his eyes, it is dawning on him...if HE gets elected now given his agressively unfair actions here, he's toast, and clearly would have the toughest time of the two- his actions here are highly discrediting, and it can't help but be clear, in time, to most reasonable people).

F*&^%$# talking heads, HOW can Gore be claimed to have sought a truthful process when he clearly has greedily sought only his own vote gain, FIRST and without due consideration, clearly, for fairness.
