I clearly did not say those words appear there.
The constitution is based in them however, and this remains critical, as I said.

Who said I didn't know that? Are you demeaning me without evidence or cause?

Sure, capricious, and it will always be. Hence the special importance of protecting INDIVIDUAL freedoms...hence protecting individuals from capriciousness.

Nothing will be as perfect as it sounds, but as a practical reality, heading out on the right path garners all individuals the most of what each may want, as is achievable for them by any of the various types of governance.
