I agree with you about David Boies, except for the money thing, (though I know he must not be that cheap). He has completely impressed me with his command of the legal situation. He makes the most sense in his legal arguments. He makes these various Republican lawyers look like ambulance chasers. He is clearly a cut above in his ability to articulate an argument and in his command of the statutes.
