<<At first a recount was called for and it was done by machine without malfunction>>

If it was done without malfunction why did the vote totals differ?

I strongly disagree. The manual recount is necessary and various state laws support manual recounts with higher accuracy one of the reasons.

Since machines can not count tickets with dangling chads, and since machines cannot count write-in votes, they are inherantly incorrect and flawed. It is possible that some people who could not find the correct hole, wrote in the Gore's name.

Finally, she let the votes trickle in from overseas, while cutting off the recounts. This too is inconsistant as well as biased. This woman clearly needs to be punished.
