If you can't make your mark, you did not vote. pure and simple.

But you cannot thwart the voters and then blame them. The whole punch card thing should be thrown out. But we are stuck with its results now. And this is the field that must be plowed today. Rocks and all. Maybe next year we can reap a surer harvest with the impediments removed.
