I'm sure that the chads were already dislodged. I'm not making up the design of the punch cards. That comes directly from the designers of them. Hand counts will not create new votes for anyone.

Now, wrt to the alleged maliscious activites you referred to, the counts are conducted in front of R and D observers. There are rules, some of these rule are not as favorable to Gore as the law that Bush enacted in Tx. In Tx, a dimpled chad is counted as a vote. IMHO, all dimpled chads should count as votes. In Dade county (or maybe another county, I don't know which), dimpled chads are not being counted.
