Here's what I see happening. The overseas ballots will be counted. Bush will be ahead by approx. 850 votes when all 67 counties have reported. The GOP will threaten to challenge the disqualifed overseas votes. The hand count will continue through Monday when the S.Ct will meet. The S.Ct. will issue a ruling on Tuesday late AM, early PM. What they will rule, I don't know. If there are enough manually recounted votes for Gore to win by then, Bush will concede, even against the advice of his advisors. If Gore realizes that he cannot win even with the hand recount, he will concede. If either candidate does not concede after this point we will have a true Constitutional crisis and the time for popint of no return will have been crossed. However, I think we will know by Thanksgiving who the President will be. Whoever it is will have a worthless 4 years and won't stand a snowballs chance in hell of being re-elected and will have a worthless Presidency. In a nut shell.
