I't really telling when they won't count a ballot from a sailor because he was busy saving his ship and didn't get the date stamped but will count a ballot from a person who has lived in Israel for 20 years and will go to the SC to try to get improperly marked dem ballots counted.

The requirement for witnessed signature I understand is not clear on the ballot.
Oh, you would tell the little old ladies in Palm Beach to suck an egg if they make a mistake on their ballot, but these young, strapping soldiers get a pass? You are hereby nominated for the hypocrit hall of fame.
