Did you happen to read Nader's comments about Bush in the NY Times today? I hope he is right this time. He thinks Bush is too timid to get anything accomplished. Bush's father ran a caretaker type of presidency. His only accomplishments were putting together the Gulf War coalition and the tax increase which was demanded by the bond traders. By the way, Alan Greenspan and the bond traders will never allow Dubya to significantly lower taxes. If he tries that, they will raise interest rates to a painful level. Remember when the fed did that under Carter?
