First a Disclaimer:
I am a Nader supporter but prefer to see Gore rather than Bush as President.

Now, look at this fascinating statistical analysis of Florida votes that pretty much proves that the Democratic Party committed massive voter fraud in the last two presidential elections in Palm Beach County. The author is Robert Cook, a nuclear engineer with a MS in statistical quality control.

Lastly, my understanding of Florida law is, if the FL Supreme Court rules against the Executive Branch (Sec'y State), then the State Legislature arbitrates that division. This would favor Bush as legislature is majority Republican. There is almost no likelihood of US Supreme Court involvement as no Federal law applies. It's solely a question of following the rules of the FL state constitution and election laws. I can't understand why Bush went to Federal Court.
