Harvey we are way behind. I know that Chile, Argentina and Colombia have gone from a pay as you go to a pay for your own future plans. Chile is the one I know best. When they changed over if you were 50 or over you stayed on the old plan. 45 to 50 got an option. and under 45 went to private plan. What Bush is planing is not near a radical nor as benificial in the long run. The bottom line is that more and more people are living a lot longer. If we do not do something benefits will have to be cut and started later.
