If statewide, the same number of pregnant chats for each party was punched That is a big If since statewide the number of chads was not equal. The republican majority districts do not use the error prone punch card system. I can think of a lot of Ifs that would change things, but the reality is that Gore won, fair and square, and Bush is trying to seize on some technical errors coupled with partisanship of the state officials and his brother to seize the election fradulently.
