It appears the Fl Supreme Court could try to overturn the lower court's decision...and thereby take away the "discretion" of the Sec of State and replace it with their own set of standards under which she can certify...I'm not a lawyer...and would appreciate any comments.

Rocket Man, I agree it is rediculous to allow the re-re-counts from 3 heavy demo counties but doesn't FL law say you can request re-counts within 72 hours of close election? The dems did this. Why (aside from ambiguities "chad system" presents) wouldn't the re-re-counts ultimately be included?
