<<<Miami-Dade Hand Count to Go On, but Tally May Take Up to 30 Days >>
If this is going to take 30 days, the whole country could vote again. All the polling places and machines were set up once and could be used again. In a few days or a week all local votes could be counted. Allow 30 days for the overseas voteing round -trip.
To make it fair all Republican precincts would be allowed 1 machine or manual recount taking no more than 7 days. All Democratic precincts would be allowed to recount at least 4 times or until they could gain no more votes and with no designated time limit to report results.
Overseas votes postmarked outside of the US would not be counted.
After the votes are tallyied, let the lawyers decide the winner
