Dear Pedro,
Congratulations to your county for electing the one Libertarian. I have not been in Costa Rica, but the Libertarians in my area have been considering moving out of the U.S. and were looking for a "freer" country with more rights. We came up with the following list (after investigating):
Costa Rica
New Zealand (now turning more socialist again)
Isle of man (horrid weather)
Belize (maybe)
Freeus
