Playing the "January Effect"

We searched our database for stocks that are down 50% or more for the year to
date and that carry S&P Stars rankings of four or five (indicating our analysts
expect above-average performance over the next 12 months).

Solid,

How about a touch screen with photos of candidates. After you touch it, it even states, ‘This is your choice, press here if correct.’ No Internet, just a local tally machine. I’d even let the Federal government take some of our tax dollars to help fund it nation wide.

This already exists and could easily be used in the next election. The link is below. One enhancement that I would recommend is that the screens come with tear-aways (Senna should understand that term) so that when one of those Floridians drools on the screen the ballots won't be thrown out because the next voters saw what they thought was a distorted Al Gore when it was really the illegitimate son of Buchannan and Marge Schott.
