There is no simple answer to this, ALSC has suffered along with the rest of the sector with projections of doom from the brokers about the impending collapse of , the economy, the PC Market, the over production capacity of the chip industry, election dilemmas.. and so on. Meanwhile, ALSC and others continue to rack up record sequential quarters.. Who knows when the semi industry will get respect again, but semis do appear to be cheap for now, this one particularly.

ASLC does NOT earn $14+ as indicated:

It's earning is about $0.90 and therefore it's PE is in the upper teens:

biz.yahoo.com

It's noticeable that Yahoo financial data is misleading at times and this happens to be one of them.
