Under the terms of the multi-million dollar, royalty-bearing agreement, QUALCOMM has granted eAnywhere a license under QUALCOMM's CDMA technology and patents to develop, manufacture and sell subscriber unit and modem card products for IS-95, cdma2000 and 1xEV (HDR) applications.
