What you said was <Whatever your opinion of Thomas's political views, he is not generally considered a shining light of clear thinking.> I've not read on Judge Thomas's dissentions. If you have a source, I would spend time reading the source you provide. On the other hand, I DOUBT that there is a whole lot(Defined as overall > 5%) difference in opinion between Justices Scalia and Thomas on major issues. And I doubt you'll find very many intellectually sound critics of the CLARITY Justice Scalia's thinking. You will find differences of opinion, but the clarity is as a laser of precision. And I'd say that IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR DIMEST BULBS ON THE SUPREME COURT -- You're not going to take a second glance at Thomas. tgptndr tgptndr
