Then no re-write of the law should be necessary and no legitimate ballots thrown out. I fail to see what the uproar is about then. Provisions have been made, and with both Republicans and Democrats over-seeing the process, none should have an upper-hand.

But then I'm not for blood in the streets. Maybe I'm being to level-headed?

You can bet your bottom dollar that if the overseas ballots
would have tightened the race instead of allowing BUSH to
increase his lead, there would be no disqualifying going on.
BTW, where are all of the votes from Israel?
