Mitch, I'd rather not be drawn into a lengthy argument, my advice once more is "follow the money". Take a sheet of paper and budget what it will take to execute the "Plan", then see if th resources are in place to do that. I think that you will find that the resources available are not sufficient. The top guy has gone through a number of generations of "good management", he is the only one staying, the rest always left after a short time, look at the history, the past is oftyen a good predictor of the future.
