I could be the case that the Federal Courts refuse to hear any appeals. I think that was one of the beauties of the decision by the Federal court when reviewing the request of the Bush camp to stop the manual count. In addition to refusing to stop the recount, they also said that the Florida Supreme Court was capable of handling the Constitutional issues.

But there seems to be a new surprise every day, so on to next week!
