John, re: ...there is going to plenty of hate to carry us through the next four years... Agreed. And given the number of extremists on both sides, and the degree to which they have all likely been incensed by these events, I think the chances of an assassination attempt over the next year very high, regardless of who is "declared" President. That thought has got to be weighing on their spouses' minds. If I was one of the candidates, I don't think I want to win at this point. ~dbf
