Gore gets Dumber and Dumber as the time passes.

I am agreeing with you now. I am surprised by his dumb-ness!

Prior to the election, I had a slight bias in favor of Gore but now I am definately on Bush's side.

By the way, Rambus should have a big day on Monday. Wondering if you plan to sell some of your holdings. I am looking to buy into into, averaging my cost over a few days. There is the potential of QCOM type of royalties coming to Rambus after they complete some of their legal action. Just doing a lot of reading on Rmbs over the weekend.

Vol - Isn't about time that we all recognized that we have totally misread this market and have consistently deceived ourselves since late March since we are in a bear market and not only a bear market but one of the worst bear markets in history?

Reading Jubak an hour or so ago it dawned on me that we have simply been living in cloud cuckoo land since March. No-ones fault but we just refused to believe what we were and are continuing to see on a daily basis. The corrections keep dragging the market inexorably lower and the growth estimates for nxt year are simply unsustainable.

Jubak reports that the talk on the street is now that there will be NO GROWTH next year.

Vol if that is anywhere near true the correction isn't nearly over yet and a bottom well below 2,000 is on the cards.

Barton Biggs says we are in a correction that is two thirds of the way through.

Gloomy? Well maybe so but being prepared for it isn't necessarily gloomy. i mean if being so gloomy got everyone out and kept us all out at the beginning of March then we wouldn't be very gloomy today!

Best regards,

L
