I wouldn't go to court with nothing more than that. I acknowledged that by itself illegal possession of a Votomatic is not dispositive proof of vote fraud. But it is one element. If a Republican politician in a Republican county was caught with a Votomatic in his car, I don't think you'd think argue that there must be an innocent explanation, and neither would I.

I just got back from running errands, heard on NPR that a Republican Governor who is observing the election reports, among other things, that a chad for Bush was taped back into the ballot!
