So if she had decided to wait for the hand count results...then she was using her discretion...but since she decided to go with the statewide results and machine recounts...that was arbitrary...now it's all so perfectly clear to me...thanks!

Are you suggesting that winning candidates should now preemptively file lawsuits against counties to protect their leads?

The is a STATEWIDE ELECTION and her commission is presiding over it.
