I thought it was 60% "lit", not 60% completed. I could be mistaken, as always, so anyone with different info please enlighten. Martin Thomas

Fez, when you say "WIth half of SAC coming on line next week (4000 miles), that should be another 5%", you are counting as "completed" anything that is "lit", or that is built, and in place, though not lit? I always assumed that when speaking of "completed", GX management means the physical infrastructure is in place, even if it is not at the moment "on line" or lit. I think that the "half of SAC" coming on line next week is already counted in the 60% mentioned in the Q3 report. Is my interpretation is wrong? Morgan
