Should that happen it would just mean that the attempts of the Democrats to control the outcome of the counting was thwarted.

There is no reversal to be done. Bush has already won. If the count comes out in his favor it is meaningless excepting proving the demos were not capable, mentally or by crook, to manipulate sufficient votes to overcome Bush's lead.
