It now faces pressure from Ciena, Corvis and ONI Systems in the fastest-growing areas of that market, Crespi said. I don't know about Ciena, but Corvis and ONI are clients. Thus of the 4 players mentioned to be in competition AMCC is involved with at least 3 of them and maybe Ciena, but I'm not clear on this aspect. Given this, who cares which of these companies get the business. AMCC will be there irrespective. This is one place where the analysts have overreacted to the inventories. Tinker
