You need to read up on the law. The Sec of State of Florida doesn't get to stack the deck in favor of Bush. No separation of powers argument can succeed in defending a partisan and arbitrary misreading of Florida law by the Commissar of Florida. Just wait and see how the Court slaps her around. Her 10 minutes are almost up. When they are, you will never see Harris again without the scars from this being quite apparent.
