OT - Spirit, sorry, but with all due respect, your response seemed more like a paid spin meister from the Gore Camp than addressing the issue.

What does Bush not asking for recounts, the Florida Supreme Court, etc, etc have to do with my comments about Gore blocking the military vote being a political death knell for him?

My post did not address any of those other issues which you raised, although I would be happy to debate you about each and everyone of them if you desire (although my guess is it wouldn't be productive here). Rather, my post addressed the very SPECIFIC issue of the political fallout Gore will encounter on his blatant attempt to block military votes. yes, you may say its all in him tryng to do whatever he can to win the election - but there comes a point where you can go to far. And IMO, Gore just did.

he is dead meat politically for attacking the right of our armed forces serving abroad to vote. Pretty sad for someone who aspires to be Commander in Chief, by hook or crook.

If you want to debate this specific issue about Gore stopping the military ballots, I am more than happy to do so - but don't spin your response into a host of other issues. Thanks
