honorable and/or reasonable person would have accepted the second machine recount. don't be ignorant. It's not the number of machine counts that is important. It the cross checking of machine errors to reality that matters. The samples showed that the machines missed a lot of votes, enough to decide the election, and no amount of repeating the same machine count was going to illuminate the actual totals. Hand count is the only accurate way. TP
