The problem with what's happening here, IMHO, is that you have a Presidential candidate using the law to win the Presidency. He did not, IMHO, put the good of the country before his own ambitions. Is he doing anything illegal? Not that I can see. He simply cares more for himself than for the country. And putting yourself before the country is not against the law, even if you are running for President.
