Come on Jim, I think you are underestimating the continuing decline in revenue in the tech market from the fed increases which are causing the slow down in telecom sector and the demise of the dot.com promise. There is little to no catalyst near term other then a election resolution relief rally, after which reality will set in again, as investor focus on what really matters, earnings. Not to mention the coming retail tax selling. The longer the election drags on, the shorter then year end rally will be. If it last until Dec., you can forget it. Once again, where is the catalyst? ans. Price. Many stocks still have work to do on the downside in that regard. The best thing I'm seeing is the tone of investors, there is real acceptance now, that's good, we seem to past the denial phase.

Greg
