He will come back with some re-statement of how your reference to the TX law is irrelevant in the FL situation or that the error rate of the machines in FL is different from TX machines.

A manual recount is slower and that is its only deficiency relative to the machine. If it weren't more accurate, then why has it been consistently used in THOUSANDS OF CLOSE ELECTIONS ACROSS THE NATION FOR YEARS, to the benefit of Republicans as well as Democrats?
